How do I book?
Step 1: Request for Availability
Please refer with your full name and country, give us exact dates and alternative dates if possible, location from - to , preferred type of charter and preferred yacht type. If you do not have any favourite type of yacht, your information on number of people and yacht size will do.
Please note that charters are usually Saturday / Saturday.
Step 2: Option
Please advise us if you wish to hold an option ( temporary reservation) on a yacht.
Options have a maximum 7-day duration and are given upon request.
They are automatically cancelled after the 7-day period, if you do not confirm the booking.
Please note: The duration of the option during the high season or a few days before the commencement of every charter, is maximum 3 days.
Step 3: Booking
Please send us your written booking confirmation and provide us your mail address, passport number, telephone and fax numbers.
Having booked, a copy of the Charter Party will be sent to you . Please sign it and send it back to us.
No booking will be confirmed until the CPA has been signed and the down payment made.
How and when should I pay?
50% of the charter fee is payable at the time of booking; the balance is payable 30 days before embarkation. All payments can be by bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
In case of payment by credit card, 2,5% surcharge .
For bookings within less than 60 days of departure full payments should be arranged with the CPA.
Please send us a copy of the receipt of your payment.
For payments with credit card please fill out the credit card Authorization document.
Step 4: Arrival
One month before the commence of the charter, please send us:

Embarkation Form (Number of passengers, Flight number and estimated time of arrival) |

Crew-list (stating passport numbers, full addresses and emergency phone numbers) |

Copies of skipper's and Co-Skipper's licenses (2) or sailing resume. |

Provision list (upon request). |
Embarkation/Disembarkation
Embarkation Time: 17:00 hr./Saturday
Disembarkation Time: 09:00 hr./Saturday
Briefing/Check-in
Upon your arrival at the departure base, you will be guided to the yacht, for the Check-in procedure.
Please note that, Skipper and co-Skipper should have the originals and copies of their sailing licences or their sailing resumes.
Payments of Refundable Security Deposit
If you choose the Refundable Security Deposit this should be paid at the base prior to boat embarkation by one of the following manners:

Personal checks of any kind, are not acceptable. Do I need to carry my passport?
Yes, all guests must carry valid passports even in the case the charter will take place entirely within the jurisdiction of the country where you embark. Visas, if applicable, are the responsibility of the charterer and must be secured in advance of the charter.
